Privacy policy

We only collect what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you add it, the subject and your message. If you came from a product page we also note which product you were asking about.

We do not ask for anything else, and we do not buy or receive lists of contacts.

To reply to you, send you a quote or product information you asked for, and follow up on that conversation. We rely on your request and on our legitimate interest in answering customers and partners.

We never sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Messages are stored in our website database, hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt), and a copy is emailed to our sales team at sales@peta.com.cy. Only PETA staff with an admin account can read them.

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any business that follows from it.

The public website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to accept. The only cookies we set are the sign-in cookies our own staff need to use the admin area.

Maps and videos on some pages are shown by Google and YouTube, which may set their own cookies when those parts load.

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email sales@peta.com.cy or call +357 22 815 215 and we will answer within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
